How do I use it? We find adding it to our water bottle to sip on throughout the day works best for us, we don't recommend making a cup and guzzling it down in one hit. You can also sprinkle the electrolytes over your food instead of salt.
What if I use too much? Simple. Discard the remainder and drinkplain water as normal for the remainder of the day or until you feel that you have re-established adequate hydration.
