This set of 3 resistance bands is designed for the lower legs to enhance your foot and ankle strength, improve your alignment and balance.

Made with 100% durable latex, keep them clean by giving them a wipe over with a damp cloth or mild soap after use.

Suitable to use daily, start with the band that offers comfortable resistance and change when it becomes easier as your strength improves.
