Designed to be a trail running shoe, the Primus Trail Firm Ground (FG) 3.5 has been a part of the VIVOBAREFOOT core collection for some time now.

The shoe is lightweight and breathable with mesh upper and sides, toggle lace and tongue. Recycled PU ortholite insoles and lugs to give you that extra grip and lift off the ground whilst on those trails.

The lugs also make this an ideal transition shoe for those new to minimalist footwear.

As a point of interest this style is made predominantly of recycled and recyclable vegan materials.  Vivobarefoot is on a mission to create a fully circular shoe - a new Vivo that is made from an old one, that can be recycled again and so on. Currently the upper is comprised of 76% polyester of which 93% of that is recycled materials.  They're on their way to finding the last piece of the puzzle to help keep the durability they need in order to make the upper 100% recycled but until then there are some textiles in there to give the shoes the durability they need.

The same style, the difference is the water resistant and non absorbent materials used to create an all weather shoe for your trail runs and hikes in damp, cooler conditions

Designed as a trail running shoe the Primus trail III Firm Ground (FG) will take you from home to the hike and back again while keeping your experience as barefoot as possible.  This sole is designed to be worn in nature but will also provide good grip in the gym or the garden.

Made with fewer materials, a water-resistant upper mesh made from recycled polyester and vegan* materials, and sustainable materials, this trail runner is eco-friendly and ready for all-weather training. Vivobarefoot is committed to using less virgin materials and producing less waste.

The ideal shoe to transition from conventional footwear into barefoot with 3mm lugs to give you grip and a bit of lift off the ground and padding around the ankle.    The rip stop canvas upper has been made more durable than previous models of the All Weather, you may notice it isn't as stretchy as older models.

Primus Trail Knit Firm Ground (FG) is the cousin of the Primus Trail FG.

Features a knitted upper to provide better airflow and comfort across the top of the foot and is made from recycled materials.  The key feature of the knit is the sock like construction to keep debris out of your shoes and no tongue to adjust.

FG soles are also ideal when transitioning to barefoot shoes, being flexible while keeping you slightly off the ground.

We have found this style to be best suited to narrow and standard shaped feet.  For higher volume in the mid foot have a look at the Primus Trail FG

Vivobarefoot Printable size guide

The Tracker Leather AT Low II - designed as a lightweight hiking shoe.  Low cut to enable ankle mobility, metal eyelets for secure fastening, leather rand for improved durability at the key stress areas.  Made of Wild Hide leather this shoe offers a natural water resistance for those dewy mornings/evenings.  To give you security in your step the sole features the All Terrain (AT) lugs for more grip and less slip across a variety of surfaces.

This shoe is not waterproof and due to the low cut design will not keep your feet dry in puddles.

VIVOBAREFOOT printable size guide

The Tracker Textile All Terrain (AT) has had an upgrade.  Now modelling a new look similar to that of the Tracker Leather, the Tracker Textile offers a waterproof version of the popular hiking boot.  Made with 100% recycled and animal-free materials, this foot features a waterproof membrane and some small improvements to the design and construction to bring you ever closer to the ground without compromising on durability.

Sizing tip:  If you are used to wearing the leather boots, please note that the rip-stop canvas upper does not give like leather does and for some gives a firmer feel across the top of the foot.
