If your order isn’t quite the right fit for you, you can return it for a
refund or exchange within 100 days of ordering.
Shoe orders are enclosed with a returns form.
Simply follow the instructions on the form and send the item(s) back to
us as soon as possible. Refunds or exchange will be issued once goods have
been received and checked.

Should your VIVOBAREFOOT shoes be faulty or damaged we will send you a prepaid returns postage label.  Items being returned due to change of mind or incorrect sizing are at the sender's cost.

The shoe box must be free of damage and posted in a satchel to protect
the box. If goods and/or packaging are dirty or damaged we reserve
the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

 If you do not have these return documents enclosed, 
download a copy or contact us via email

EXCHANGES: We can exchange the item for another of the same or
lesser value. If the new item is of a lesser value, the difference will be
refunded to the same method that you paid.  If the item is of a higher value we will send you an invoice and dispatch goods once it has been paid.

CHANGE OF MIND: You are most welcome to send
back your item to us for a full refund. Please note we are unable to
accept shoes that shoe signs of wear.  If you aren't sure ask yourself if you would be happy to receive these goods if purchased as new from our website.

We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time
you wear clean socks and test them out on the carpet, just like you would in a shoe store.

SALE ITEMS: We will offer exchange or refund on sale items. 

FAULTY ITEMS: As per the VIVOBAREFOOT guarantee there is a
6 month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date
of purchase. If you notice any signs of unusual wear please contact
us as soon as possible with the following:

1. photo of the fault

2. photo of the batch label inside the shoe.

3. photo of both soles of the shoes together.

4. email to with your order details
where possible VIVOBAREFOOT will repair rather than replace, if the
fault is able to be repaired by your local cobbler/shoe repair shop
you may be advised to do so after contacting us.

If the shoes are not able to be repaired and the exact style and colour
of shoe is not available, the next best option will be offered or a refund.



Can you imagine buying a pair of brand new shoes only to
receive them in a damaged box or a box with the wrong label?

To us the branded shoe box is as important as the shoes themselves,
therefore we can’t accept shoes back for an exchange or refund
without the original packaging in saleable condition.

We will accept shoes back for an exchange or refund provided
that following conditions are met*:

● Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

● In the original packaging which must be in the original condition – 
please do not attach the returns label directly to the shoe box.

● If you are recycling the original post bag the shoes were sent in,
turn the bag inside out or cover/remove any existing delivery or
courier labels. 

*We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which
are not sent in accordance with our returns policy if items are faulty we will cover the cost of return postage.
